Craftin Desert Divas

Recently I came across a wonderful company called Craftin Desert Divas! They have the most beautiful stamps sets and Digital Stamps. I am seriously head over heels for them! Below I used multiple digital stamps to make two beautiful cards.

Belle of the ball

When I seen these digital stamps on Craftin Dessert Divas website, my jaw dropped to the floor! They are simply stunning! I just knew I had to have them so into my cart they went and there was no looking back from there.

This card uses three different digital stamps from the fairytales category

Belle of the ball ( sentiment is from this set)

Beast Prince

Royal Carriage

Using Microsoft word I resized the images to fit on the front of a A2 size card. I printed on some Kraft cardstock and some masking paper.

The next step I took was to mask off my characters and stencil in some pine trees using distress ink.

Finally it was time to color in these gorgeous gems! I anxiously got out my Prismacolor pencils and got to work.

This card was designed with someone in mind. I wanted the card to have a rustic winter woodland feel to it.

Finally using a white Gel pen, I added some snow flurries to pull the card together.

If you would like step by step coloring instructions, I will gladly supply them to you.

Believe In Magic

This digital stamp set has me bursting with joy every time I see it. Who doesn’t feel just a bit nostalgic when it comes to unicorns šŸ¦„ and magic. The theme alone brings back a time to my mind when life was magical and anything could happen!

I used the Believe in magic set for this card. The set has multiple images and sentiments but something about this little unicorn soaked a fire in my soul and I just had to use her.

Once again I used Microsoft word to crop and resize my image. This time I did not print directly onto my card base. I used some heavy 110 Lb cardstock and printed out multiples of this image so that I could practice. I finally settled on a rainbow theme.

Using my distress inks I blended some blues and purples into the top half of some card stock. Once this was done I used my stitched cloud dies to cut out a few clouds.

On the back of the card stock that has the cutout clouds. I applied clear plastic over the openings and lined them with double sided foam adhesive.

Finally I placed some sequins inside the windows and adhered my folded A2 card on top.

Next I used some scrap cardstock in my favorite shade of green to die cut some rolling hills and added my unicorn.

The final touch was when I heat embossed a sentiment that makes me smile every time “You Brighten my day”

I hope my cards serve as inspiration for you and that you will give Craftin desert Divas a try! They are totally worth it!

Have a great day my crafty super stars āļø šŸŒŸ āļø šŸŒŸ
